God invested Himself in each of us: I would call that an absolute act of trust. He made us from the essence of Himself, (in His image) and further endowed us with His breath. He then gave us dominion over all the earth and over our lives. It is always helpful in this practice to remember that we are made from God stuff -- with all the intelligence, wisdom and understanding of God.  Never allow yourself to believe otherwise.
